India: Sugarcane farmers of western UP cry ‘neglect’, say govt offered them no succor

Sugarcane farmers in western Uttar Pradesh, who are already  on a warpath over pending cane dues to the tune of Rs 8,000 crore, on Thursday said that the state budget tabled by the the Yogi Adityanath government offered no succor to them.
